magic over information

Last week, Rebecca wrote a fantastic story about magic.

And this week, I write to you with a question:

Are the people in your orbit there because of your information, or your magic?

Picture an ideal client who:

  • Isn’t on social media
  • Asks friends and colleagues for referrals and recommendations
  • Only goes to your website after someone raves about you to do a quick “smell test”
  • Doesn’t go to your website at all

That’s not someone moved by information. They’re beyond that. They’re about experience.

And they’re clear that, if they can only find a practitioner or professional who gets that, that something new and profound can happen.

Real talk? There is no article you can write, no video you can shoot, no lead magnet you can create that can match whatever happens next when you know in your bones that, when you show up and connect with someone, transformation happens.

“Yeah, but how do you a write a website for that?!,” you may be saying.

We have our ways. {wink}

But the bottom line is, it’s not the information.

It’s the relationship.

It’s one conversation at a time.

It’s the accompaniment along the journey.

And it only tends to happen when a person says, “I want everyone who comes into contact with this work to know in their bones that they are magic.”
