Someday, there will be a photograph of us together around a large wooden table, each of us doing our thang, sunlight pouring in the windows, making work together that’s far more glorious and potent than what any one of us could do alone. But until then, picture this:

It’s almost like we’re in a band. But instead of Rebecca on bass and Stella singing at the top of her lungs, we don’t play instruments, exactly. Instead...

Rebecca specializes in anchoring folks in a clear-eyed understanding of which path is theirs for the taking. She’s got one foot in the land of the subtle and unseen, and the other foot firmly planted in the land of ruthless pragmatism. Oh, and she swears like a sailor, which makes us love her more.

Stella is our resident word nerd. She writes copy and points out the stories everyone is living and telling through their work. She is also fun at parties.

... And if we were in a band then Jane would be our roadie, or whatever you call the person who runs the lights and sound and the merchandise table and keeps the tour bus running and makes sure Stella is wearing pants. Jane handles client care, billing, client scheduling, and keeps our newsletters, emails, and newspaper lookin’ good and running smoothly.
