Rebecca:
So here’s something you may not know about me: One of my core values is Understanding. I have dedicated my life to trying to “get” WHY I do what I do, WHY I say the things I say, WHY I believe the things I believe, WHY I function the way that I do, knowing full-well that there is never a black-and-white answer to this question, that there are more variables than we could even imagine, and that not all things are actually explainable.
But still…I like to “get” me. Or at least come really, really close to “getting” me.
And.
I like to “get” others, too.
In fairness, this sometimes makes my personal relationships a little…strained, at times. My Quest for Understanding doesn’t always understand (see what I did there?) that it’s midnight and my spouse is tired and really not that keen on traveling down the rabbit hole of why he said this or did that when he was in Mrs. Jones’ kindergarten class. And when my kiddo was 2 years old and had next to zero vocabulary, I was often frustrated in my attempts to Understand WTH she was going on about!
But I digress.
It turns out that my Quest for Understanding helps make me a really great coach. I ask great questions. I offer alternative perspectives. I question and ponder alongside my clients so that we are always moving forward with as much Understanding as possible, so as not to be Reacting. Not to be Moving Unconsciously. Not to be Caught or Blind-sided by things or circumstances we would not have known about had we not been seeking to “get it” in this way.

Which is why, when any of our clients are stuck on a topic, and no matter how much logic and strategy is involved they can’t seem to move the needle, they all go talk to Rebecca. She has a way of looking and Understanding the ENTIRE picture of what is going on. She takes into account not only the business, but the person as well.
There have been countless times when a clients was having trouble executing on some marketing task and after a quick session with Rebecca, they realized that a personal issue was at play, removed the barrier, and the block was removed.
She is like our secret weapon.

Here’s the deal—
Most
business coaches have their eyes on one thing: increasing your revenue. Which
at first sounds great. But advice EXCLUSIVELY about increasing your revenue
comes at cost.
It can cost you:
-Seeing ways to cut expenses or simplify to “make” more money
-Growing a business in your own totally unique way
-Your core values
-Your deepest held belief about how to treat other people
-Your trust in yourself
If you want a different sort of advising about how to grow your business, work with Rebecca. She gives solid, proven business advice that takes into account all these factors – and more.
Yes, it can lead to increasing your revenue. (One woman who
worked with her went from averaging $4,000 a month in revenue to averaging three
times that much).
But it’s way more than that.
Rebecca has a holistic way of looking at business. She can certainly help you increase revenue (if that’s your goal), but she will also ground you into a clear-eyed, strategic, and connected worldview where everything is at play – your personal life, your values, multiple routes to reach your goal, in ways that feel good to you, and are totally aligned.
If that resonates, consider coaching with Rebecca.
